Parents, and Mana stakeholders, we have our Triennial Health assessment coming up, and we need our Mana community's input in this survey.  The triennial health assessment for food programs in schools, specifically for programs like the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program, which we participate in, is an evaluation conducted at least every three years to ensure compliance with the Local School Wellness Policy. Your participation is completely confidential.
