To Our Mana Families,
Mana Academy now has a new home for its future.
This is a major milestone in our school’s journey. It comes after months of careful planning and thoughtful decision-making. I want to sincerely thank our families for your support and patience this year as we worked to find the right location and the right team to guide the construction and renovation of this new space. We approached this process with care because we wanted to make the best long-term decision for our scholars, our families, and our future.
Â
After completing all of our due diligence, we secured a building that can accommodate our current students and create space for many more students and families who have been on our waitlist, some for several years. We know it has been difficult when space limitations meant we could not accept all siblings at once, and when some families could only enroll one or two children at a time. We look forward to growing in a way that better serves our community and allows more families to be together at Mana Academy.
We are also grateful to share that Mana Academy will remain in West Valley City. We love this community, and we know many of our families call this area home. Staying in West Valley City allows us to continue serving the community that has supported our school since the beginning.
Â
Our new building is located at:Â
2479 Lake Park Blvd
West Valley City, UT
Â
As the current tenants complete their transition from the building over the next few months, construction and renovations will begin in the summer. This will include improvements to the building, as well as new construction for a space that will support school assemblies and our school community gatherings. We are excited about what is ahead and will continue to share updates with families as the work progresses. We also know that a project like this takes time, and we are committed to moving forward carefully and thoughtfully so that the final result reflects the needs of our scholars, staff, and community.
Â
This new building represents more than added space. It represents greater opportunity for our scholars, stronger support for our families, and a continued commitment to both academic excellence and cultural sustainability. It will help us continue our mission to develop scholars who are rooted in their native cultures and prepared to be the leaders of tomorrow.
Since opening our doors in 2013, Mana Academy has grown through the trust, commitment, and partnership of our families and community. Thank you for being part of this journey and for continuing to believe in the future of our school.
We look forward to this next chapter for Mana Academy and for all of our Mana Scholars.
